Based on our late cancellation policy (within 24 hours of session start time) we can offer the following alternatives:
1. A Zoom session for the same time/day
2. A reschedule for a different day/time
3. We can send some activities/materials for the student to work on for the week in replacement for the session and the tutor will be available to answer any questions/ correct responses via WhatsApp
Cancellations within 1 hour of the session's start time must pick option 3.
Otherwise, there will be a charge for the full session.
If you are finishing up with Bayside Tutoring, please provide 2 weeks' notice both out of courtesy as well as due to our billing system running on a fortnightly basis. If you do not provide 2 weeks' notice, any sessions already charged for will not be refunded.
