How many sessions per week do you recommend?

We suggest that your child has one session per week to start. If your child requires additional support, we can increase the number of sessions accordingly.

Where do you offer your services?

- In-home (provided the tutor lives within close proximity to our Cheltenham office)

If I sign up, is a commitment required for the whole term?

We require 2 weeks’ notice for cancellation of the program. However, only 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a tutoring session via your individual Whatsapp group chat.

Is there flexibility to change tutors?

There certainly is - Bayside Tutoring Management will guide you through this process. We do however, spend time collecting information about your child during the initial sign-up process and carefully hand-pick a suitable tutor based on our recommendations.
